There is nothing like handmade chain, nothing. It has a soulfulness and beauty unmatched by things machine-made. I made this chain from brass wire and formed it into an oval and circle pattern. I darkened the brass to give it an aged quality. The coloration of the chain varies slightly - an intentional part of the design.
Hanging below, a tiny lock cut from sterling silver and brass, also darkened and textured and a gorgeous chunk of lemon quartz. The necklace is 20 ½” long, the pendant adds another 1 ¾”. Closing with an antique brass lobster clasp, your necklace will arrive carefully packed in a Bead Dreamer jewelry box.
